Returns

EDUCATION COURSES

We’re flexible with course cancellations, as long as we’re informed 21 days before it’s taking place. There will be a 15% cancellation charge on the fee originally paid, and a full refund of what’s remaining. If you contact us within 21 days of the course date, we can only offer a date change, not a refund.

PRODUCTS & TOOLS

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange

There’s a 10% restocking for tools returned.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be sealed, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items:
– Gift cards
– Downloadable products

We cannot guarantee return of item so please we strongly encourage you send it via courier or tracked post. Should any uninsured items be damaged or lost during the returns process please note that you will be responsible for them.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please be sure to keep this safe just in case there are any issues with your return. It is your responsibility until it reaches back with us.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded, but we’ll be happy to offer an exchange.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@menspire.co.uk.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@menspire.co.uk and send your item to: MENSPIRE LIMITED, 154 Hatfield Road, St Albans, AL1 4JA, United Kingdom.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: MENSPIRE EDUCATION LIMITED, 1 Drovers Way, St Albans AL3 5FA, United Kingdom

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
